Rijksarchief | Gent

The Rijksarchief Ghent is part of the Belgian State Archives, a federal institution responsible for preserving and managing historical records. It collects, safeguards, and provides access to archives older than 30 years from courts, public administrations, notaries, and private individuals in the province of East Flanders. Its collections cover more than 1,000 years of history, from the early Middle Ages to the present.
